Hey Guys

Im running out of meal ideas. Im not on diet diet, but I am trying to eat as clean as possible. I feel if I go on "diet" im going to fail as I have done many times before. Now, Im just eating clean and training hard and the weight is FINALLY coming off :)

I need some meal ideas, sick of tuna and rice and chicken breasts

Thanks :artist:

I added sweet potatoes and lean red meat to my diet. I also try to come up with creative ways to dress up the tuna (chopped veggies, 2T of hummus, hot ground peppers, etc.)

I would add the following:

Protein: White Fish, Turkey cold cuts (once a week), lean beef, ground turkey, egg whites

Carbs: yams, good whole wheat bread, oats

fats: Salmon :p , nuts, avocados

If we go by the principle that herbs are usually harmless, there are so many ways to prepare these things you should not worry about variety...

I eat these things dayin and day out... somehow I still find some pleasure in eating them !!!

Not trying to break my arm patting myself on the back....but yes, I would have to agree with that.... ;)

All the above mentioned foods are awesome to add into your diet. Also, experiment with different spices.
Not to send you somewhere other than Elite Fitness, but you might look at the Labrada website and Lean Body for Her. I'm sure they've got lots of menu ideas.
