I don't have a very strict diet at all but I am happy with what I look like and the gains I have gotten. I work long days so i have to go to the gym late. I know it's not good to eat 3 to 4 hours before bed but I'm starving after the gym. What can I eat that won't kill the six pack? I can tell if i eat bad foods that I have to do a little extra cardio the next day or so
