Flax Seed Help!

I know there have to be past threads about flax seed oil, but my internet explorer has been having problems searching... SO - my question..

I see people on the boards talking about flax seed. So, obviously it's something I should be taking. Can you explain to me exactly what it does and why I should take flax seed oil??

Hi,

Flax oil contains omega 3's which are essential fatty acids. That means your body can not produce them.

They give you energy like carbs do and they're not easily stored as fat.

Take it first thing in the morning.
