should i save my flax seed oil for cutting or should i continue using it during my bulk cycle?

It has its place in both cylces. I take it no matter what. Well I use Udo's Choice but same concept.

Yes, I always include flax oil in my diet.

I prefer fish oil but yeah use it all the time.
