Flax for extra calories

Alrigth, i started taking 4 servings of flaxseed oil a day to add about 800 calories to my diet. I only take them with my protein only meals as to avoid becoming a fat ass. My question is becaue i am taking so much flax does tht mean i should avoid as much other fat as possible or will it not rasie my bf if i don't. It's hard as hell to bulk without putting on unwanted flab.
Should i avoid taking flax before i go to bed? And how much is really recomended per day?

I assume you mean 4 tbsps? That seems like a bit much.

I've been taking about three, and that's based on 1 tbsp for every 75lbs of bodyweight (I'm 220lbs). I've also heard 1 tbsp per 100lbs.

As far as your fat question, it depends on where your other fats are coming from. For more detail, I'd do a search or check out some posts from Mr. X or Blood Drinker. Those guys are excellent diet sources.

I'm not aware of any problems with taking it before you go to bed.
 
I currently use flax i've only been using it for about a week i'm on a bulking cycle so I put two table spoons in each protein drink which is about three shakes a day this may be too much but I can use the extra calories.
 
I use flax with my protein drinks (2 tbsp.) You are supposed to use 1 tbsp. per 100lbs of bw.

4 servings a day is a bit too much. Go with 2-3 servings a day (2 preferably).
