Alrigth, i started taking 4 servings of flaxseed oil a day to add about 800 calories to my diet. I only take them with my protein only meals as to avoid becoming a fat ass. My question is becaue i am taking so much flax does tht mean i should avoid as much other fat as possible or will it not rasie my bf if i don't. It's hard as hell to bulk without putting on unwanted flab.
Should i avoid taking flax before i go to bed? And how much is really recomended per day?
