flatmate has his girlfriend living us and the rent hasnt changed

It would be fair to get the couple to pay 2 peoples share of bills.. but rent for just the one room. However, he should have asked the rest of you first.... it is very rude if he did not.

had a huge argument about it tonight me and the other flatmate
said that a fair share was that he and the girlfriend pay 850 bucks
and we pay 550 each so basically his girl pays 50 bucks a week
to live there. He said that "HE" is getting screwed ie" we
dont take up much space we only have one room "etc etc I think it is more than fair.... whadya think
