FitDay question

Anyone know how to view summary data that exclude certain days? For example, you don't log food or exercies intake for a few days and don't want your summary data over a period of time to be skewed by those false zero calorie days.

By the way, fitday is the bomb. It really gives you visibility into what a certain food is going to do to your nutrition balance and intake that day before you eat that food. Or, if you do eat something and it turns out bad on fitday you can take evasive action the rest of the day to get your intake back on track.

Fitday is the bomb. It is way easier than looking on the net for caloric info and then adding all of it up free hand. The only thing I hate is looking up the food you ate. It is a good problem because they have so many varieties of foods. For example chicken breast, they have a page and a half of different types of chicken breast. Like fried chicken no skin, fried chicken with skin, baked chicken, baked chicken with lemon rub. It can be very miticulous.

Sorry I don't have the answer to your problem, I just wanted to share my love for fitday.

I bought the pc version and it is even better than the free version. You can do so much more with it. I'll see what I can find out as I play around with it.
