fish oil omega 3 vitamins

I personally take 4 to 6 caps a day of a 1500mg dose, so that would be 6000mg to 9000mg. I have also read of people taking upwards of 10000mg per day. As for the brands, there are differences in the fish they use. It mostly depends on what is available at the time they are purchasing for the next lot.

I just started to take omega fish pill but I really get bad gas. Do you guys get teh same reaction? The pills are odorless, though.

The two most important parts of the Omega's are EPA and DHA. Einstien discovered these and they are what Flaxseed (linseed oil) break down into. Go to 1stvitality.com for pharmacutical grade.

I buy the bottled liquid and take just 1 teaspoon after breakfast. Its good for (seemingly) everything, but mostly its increased mental clarity and a slight boost in well being and feeling better about day to day activities that keeps me supplementing.

didnt know that they come in liquid form.Are they better than pills? After how long did you notice a change?
 
I take 10g a day, which works out to 3g of EPA/DHA a day. I haven't noticed any weight loss (I've been taking them for several years) and I take them more for brain and body health reasons.

10 g? that is like 8 pills a day? did you get any smarter yet?

Fish oils are healthy. They should be supplemented if you cannot find alternative ways to incorporate them into your diet. They will not work miracles. They will not be the reason you lose 1lb of fat a week either.
