First cycle

Hello everyone , noobie here. Looking to do first cycle ever. Need some input please?Im 47 190lbs about 20% bf maybe a little less, low fat/ low cholesterol diet , two weeks ago had blood work done at docs , good to go. Started diet two weeks ago an have lost 10 lbs, hit the gym 6 days a week.any suggestions?
 
It was recommended to me to use just test e at 500 mg / week , with 12.5 mg aromasin or liquid stane every other day. Is the liquid stane an oral?as a pct use hc generate starting the last 4 weeks of cycle

Well depends on what ur goal is. 6 days a week in gym sounds a bit much, what's ur exercise routine like, one body part a day or a couple a day?

No bueno. Get that bodyfat down to 15% first. Too many health risks.
 
Svp what are the risk if I may ask? I usually work two body parts a day. My overall goal is too slim down a bit an increase muscularity . So far from changing diet an hitting the gym I've been feeling like new person. If anyone has a recomendation as far as a workout routine that would be much appreciated as well .

just like svp said, you need to get down to 15% first bro... after that, you are good to go... also, liquid stane is an oral, dosed with oral syringe, 12.5 mg a day... and that is not a sufficient pct either... you definitely use hcgenerate in it, but thats not enough at all...

Cuz the doctor gives a shit less about you and only about making $$$$$$$$...

You don't need to worry about PCT cuz you're not ready to cycle...

Post your diet & training rountine, AND BE VERY DETAILED...

if you have to take meds for your bp then you are doing a lot wrong. has your doctor talked to you about diet and exercise? most do not even mention it, they just write out prescriptions.

good job changing up your diet for 2 weeks, but i don't think that 2 weeks of eating right has gotten you ready to juice already. i will parrot whats been said above to drop your body fat to near 15%, at your age that is solid. and then i would wean yourself off those bp drugs, you shouldn't have bp problems after you lose that excess fat. only then will you be ready to juice. your doc wants to keep you on those bp medications for life, he gets kickbacks for you taking those drugs.. docs get free trips, cars, laptops, etc etc. for getting people on drugs for life. its a nice scam they have going and it seems like this guy you go to has you hooked pretty good

Oatmeal with flaxseed an skim milk for breakfast,protein shake around 9:30, lunch consist of small salad or fat free cottage cheese w/ fruit an a yogurt, mid afternoon a protein bar , dinner 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, small salad or fresh vegetables , with sweet potatoes. I've been staying away from sweets, almost all red meats , fried foods , fast foods , high fat contents .
Thinking about ordering n2 flame too help with fat loss, any suggestions.ever since switching too diet , I feel so much better it's unreal. I could honestly lose another 10-15 lbs.

Careful on flaxseed produces estrogen little wont hurt but if ur on cyc better to jus zero it out imo

looks a little light on calories....what does the breakdown look like? have you calculated your macros? grab some n2slin and pop a cap half hour before those carbs and you'll def notice a difference
 
Go for it ur prob no more or less ready for this than anyone else. U got ur dr. on ur side and he said ok well I will take dr. recomendation reguardless if u think his 170$ visit and 100$ bloodwork is whats motivating this dr. then thats nieve, yes to a point its money but dr.s financial outlook is far more long term to think hes worried about ur visits payment. Dude just study up, make sound choices , and ask tons of questions to ur fourm piers. Make a few online buddies whom respect ur point of view, with whom u have a affinity and reality with. This is what I did, I still do, who gives a shit, If you want to know, somone will help. I ask stupid shit all the time. But I learn alot from some of these guys they know alot of good stuff. The assholes, just dont bother with the additude, like u need skin of gold to try a mild dose of this stuff. U sound like u have the general idea just brush off the crap and move foward.thats my opinion.

+1, this not enough food for an adult male and where's your protein?????? Way too little protein...

You're not eating anough so your body is in starvation (read: panic) mode....or you're catabolic, or both...

Might sound stupid but what is macros?

macros is the breakdown of the amount of grams of protein, carbs and fats youre taking in...no disrepect but if you do not know this you're a long ways from being ready for steroids

bottom line, diet is king when it comes to achieving your goals
 
You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

Thanks radar ! I've been eating all of the above , just looks like I need to eat more. Been doing the 5 to 6 meals a day but real small portions. I need to calculate my caloric intake for my body weight an adjust accordingly
 
you aren't in catabolic mode cause you are overweight. so i wouldn't worry about this right now. just focus on losing weight.. up your cardio and eat cleaner and more fruits/veggies.

if anything you should put yourself in a catabolic mode right now until you get your weight down then focus on bulking back up cleanly.
 
How accurate are the body fat scales? Last Saturday I weighed myself , today I weighed myself an my weight had stayed the same , but body fat went up 2.5%, muscle mass down 1.5%?????

Up your cardio you need to be counting calories. 3500 cals burns = 1lb loss. It dont come easy. You could also be gaing muscle at the same time and that weighs more than fat.

STAY off scales! Measure yourself. No bf scares dont work imho buy a caliper ebay there 6$ with shipping.

Those scales go off of resistance and anything can change the resistance in your body. If you are dehydrated, if your lactic acid in your body is high, almost anything. Mine norm runs about 3 - 6 percent high compared to more accurate ways to measure.
 
IMO test e @ 500 mg/wk for 12 weeks. I would keep an AI such as aromasin or arimidex on hand in case gyno kicks in. I personally dont see a need to start an AI otherwise, unless your just trying to prevent some bloat. Some hcg at 250-500 iu's a week up until pct. For a test only cycle nolva would be fine for pct. Just my 2 cents
