IMO, T3 is overrated... if you are doing Ox only and @ 5-10mgs if you use T3 you will still burn muscle. IMO 5mg Ox is not strong enough to combat the catabolism of T3.
Actually Lobo and I talked recently about how much Ox when on T3 and he didn't think 5mg was enough. He thought maybe you could get away with 7.5mg but 10 would be better. Ultimately I decided to pass on the stuff for quite some time. It seems to me that the only appropriate use of T3 is when you are getting really really low bfp wise and are needing it to get that last little bit off for competeing or you just want to be super lean for some reason. If you need it to get to say 12 or 14% then there is a big problem with the diet and training that is still going to be there when you aren't on the T3 and ultimately you will end up right back where you started. God knows I have been wrong before but it seems to me that using T3 at a high bfp is like swatting flies with a .44mag.

chris oh...you are exactly right...ya'll freakin beat our asses...i was so pissed...but i'm over it i actually have several friends at tech...anyways, about the t-3...i was planning on doing about 5 mg for the first 2 weeks and then going up to 10 mg per day...i only have 50- 10mg tablets to work with here...and with this dosage i will need exactly 49, so i guess i will be able to go 8 weeks and 1 day!! how long is a typical t-3 cycle?? would it be so bad if i did the t-3 along with the ana since i'm only going to do the 5 mg for 2 weeks and the rest at 10???? let me know...katie
haha, it was good game, but to get on your good side, I wasn't in the mob that ripped down the goalpost and rammed it into your band . I sure as heck hope you mean mcg when you're talking about T3, not mg... but for T3, I would try to keep it as short as possible since it's notorious for it's catabolic effects, doing cardio on T3 will result in more sweating and fat loss but also muscle loss, that's why a lot of people stack it with clen. i dont know about the dosages for women so I'm not even going to risk commenting on yours but it's very low compared to doses for males. I've heard pyramiding the T3 works too. Bump for more posts.
If Lobo says 5mg Ox isn't enough to prevent catabolism then I would not do T3 on only 5mg even for a short amount of time. Get more Ox or skip the T3.

ok, maybe i'll skip the t-3 then, since i don't think that i need anymore ox....i think 10 mg will be plenty for me for my first cycle...don't ya think?? maybe i'll just get some adipo or nyc or some other good thermo to take with it...thanks, katie
