Today is officially the 4 week mark and it was arm day. Another day of confident, controlled aggression. Sitting arm curls, hammer curls, skull crushers, etc etc etc....bout 40 sets with drop sets on last set of four since i like to do sets of four for every type of lift. Ive come to the realization of what everyone has said about aas or prohormones. Its not gonna make u big and its not gonna be a miracle drug. What it will do is put the icing on the cake. Cake being the yrs of hard work and daily toil in the trenches. With out the cake to put the frosting on u aint got shit. If you pay ur dues and work ur ass off when ur ready to put the frosting on it will make it a crowd pleasing presentation....lol so basically what im saying is that i see the little refinements in my body here and there. I dont think without the years of natural and dedicated lifting i would have the determination or knowledge to maximize the opportunity. Especially diet wise. Like kai aka mr gettin it done greene says in order to have he body of a champion you must have the mind of one. Anyways im rambling so til next time....
