first cycle sustanon and anavar advice needed

hello looking for some advice on my first cycle, ive been training for 3 years im 5`8 83kg lean i started taking anavar one week ago at 100mg per day 50mg in morning and 50mg at night, since taking the anavar ive learnt that its advised to take it with tesosterone, so yesturday i started on sustanon 250 i gonna take 2ml per week split on mondays and fridays, for 12 weeks, my question is how long should i take the anavar for? ive been advised to use it for 12 weeks, while others have told me its a really bad idea to stay on any oral more than 4 weeks and im gonna make myself ill, if anyone could chime in and see if im going wrong anywhere id appriciate it alot cheers

You should not take any methylated oral steroid for longer than 6 weeks, because of its effects on the liver. You really need to be taking N2guard while on it, and you need to be taking an AI like aromasin at 12.5mg EOD while on the sustanon to control estrogen.

Make sure you have a good PCT planned out as well.

thanks for the reply, i forgot to mention im getting the aromasin on wednesday, do i run this all the time im on or just if i spot gyno? and would the anavar at 4 weeks 100mg per day have any impact on the physque? or would u say pointless running it

Use the aromasin the whole time while on cycle. Anavar can be a great kickstart and you will have some nice results from it if your diet and training are on point

if you have quality anavar then there would be no need to exceed 60 mg day... make sure you are protecting yourself with n2guard... anavar is a lot more toxic than people like to think and you need to be protected... i would highly consider adding sarms to your cycle as well to fully enhance it... especially s4 and gw-501516... they stack so well with anavar... the anavar is supposedly very good, no joint dryness or back pains, my man tells me these are the factors for getting real var or stuff crossed with winnie

I'd switch out the var for Oxandavar bro...too much fake var. Gonna need aromasin throughout cycle from agguys. .Also I'd add gw and s4 to length of cycle and Def take n2guard and hegenerate during cycle. .follow evolution pct protocol

bro... your going to find out the hard way that 100 mg of quality anavar is far too much... most advanced users don't even dose it that high... more is not always better and there comes a point where you get too high on the dosing and the effects just become negative... you need to rethink what your doing... here is an example of an optimal cycle for what you have going...

yo ive dropped it to 80mg per day, is 100mg of anavar really that bad for u? thanks for the help
