first cycle need some advice

hello everybody
I'm new to this forum

I used to be 345lb
over period of 1 yr of weight lifting and little cardio now I'm 286 lb and 5'8 age 24

I worked out in total for a yr and 6 month in the last 6 months I'm unable to lose any weight

I have good muscle mass due lifting heavey around 176 of lean weight and 35% fat readings from advanced scale anyway to my point

I'm looking for a steriod to get me back on track I want to lose fat and to keep the lean weight I gained

what combo of steriod do you recommend ? I don't care for increase in muscle for now I only want to lose fat and keep muscles that I gained( cutting )

some guys who used steriod before recommended that I take HGH + winstrol what do you think ?

I'm looking for one time short cycle just something to give me motivation again to workout because after 6 mounth of dieting and working out and no loss my motivation is gone

good job losing that weight but you are still a good 100 or so pounds overweight.. need to get your body fat to 15% before thinking about steroids.

need to be focusing on cardio everyday and weights 2-3X per week. your diet needs to be improved further... i can help you with that if you post up your daily diet.
 
I understand your point but the problem is my body is not responding as it used to be in weight loss 6 month I workout like hell crosstraing class for 1 hour plus playing 7-8 squash games plus heavy weight lifting and nothing change and my diet in check
it's just nothing changing I'm not motivated at all I only do sometimes 30 min cardio and heavy lifting these days

I only want to use steriods just for a month just to lose few lb to get me motivated I have seen ppl in 3 month same hight and same weight used hgh and now lean around 200lb and down
I have been working out for yr and a half only lost around 90lb

so please advice me I'm not looking for steriod to look lean for know I only need it to lose fat and to keep my lean mass that i built few pound will get me motivated again and then I will do the rest without steriod
 
these threads make me want to throw my head into walls.

skinny dudes want to use steroids to gain weight
fat dudes want to use them to lose weight

i guess steroids are magic pills that do whatever you want to accomplish right?

why don't you list your diet.. you say its on point.. sorry but if it was on point you wouldn't be 100 pounds overweight. its probably BETTER than it was before, but trust me i been doing this for a long time.. i assure you its not 'on point'

and when you list it be honest.. don't post what you eat 2X per week and don't mention the ice cream, pizza, cereal or other shit you eat too..
 
Learning how to adjust your diet and training to continue getting results are skills that you will need to continue to develop if you want to continue to see results. Research cutting diets and training routines in the forums on this site and start developing a plan. You can then post these in that section and we will help you further tweak them. This is a marathon, not a sprint. No doubt it took you longer than 18 months to put on your extra weight. Stay focused and follow our advice.
 
First off congrats on the weight loss mate.Listen to Steve mate he knows his sh#t.Try doing your Cardio first thing in the morn on an empty stomach melts fat like butter mate.Your diet really needs to be on par as Steve said.U said u r not motivated at all?That's down to you mate.U should be motivated by the weight loss and not demotivated.Sometimes I do 30 min cardio and heavy lifting?No offense mate but your attitude needs to change or u ain't going to succeeded.We all hit plateaus and the best way to get past this is to switch up your programme and try new cardio regime like HIIT etc.When people get demotivated trying to lose weight they can fall back into bad eating habits.I know this from personnel experience.U have made the first step in changing your body dont waste it.Go for the jugular and tear into your cardio like a madman it will work.Post up your diet truthful,there are plenty of lads here that will help you and keep u motivated.You don't need steroids mate you need a positive attitude.
 
First off congrats. That is a killer loss. This post is long, so up to you to read it.

Second.. you NEED to list your diet. Everything.

There are many reasons you cant lost weight and for me the largest is NOT eating enough food. I know sounds dumb. But after losing that much your body is pissed at you man... Now it adapted..

Change a few things and see what happens. It could be as simple as cardio in the morning " Good because you glycogen levels are already depleted from fasting 6-8 hours when you sleep.

It could be you are 500- 1000 calories over or under your target.. Without documenting it.. you will not know.

WHY would you not lose weight on a very low calorie diet.. You dropped a ton of weight and your body thinks you are starving. Everything you eat it wants to keep. Same with water, if you drink enough you piss a lot.. Not because you drank so much, because your body is smart and it knows you are getting enough. Food and i mean "GOOD" food is the same. Meet you criteria, and your body will let the rest pass. Dont and it will become a pack rat and do everything it can to keep you from starving.

Stay 500 or so calories below your maintenance and burn the rest with cardio. If you are keeping track you can adjust up or down a few hundred calories and see what happens.

Steroids are only going to help your body convserve the lean body mass in a calorie deficit, not help burn fat. With your high fat percentage, steroids will aromatize into estrogen very quicky and you will become a women over night. Hope this helps.
 
Steroids are growth drugs. Using them in a calorie deficit is only applicable to people preparing for a contest. They will not do much to help you lose weight. That's calorie restriction. Face it.
