First cycle log test E and var

Noticed today I missed a post.

DE bench 5x3x135 close
5x3x145 mid
OHP db's 3x15x60's
Was still on vacation for this. Back home now with bench today. Final shot tomorrow and bridging anavar next two weeks. Added ostarine today so it will have kicked just after the var is done. Gonna start HCG protocols Wednesday. 1000 e4d for two weeks then clomid and forged post cycle/unleashed.

Have some hellacious pip going on in the left Glute. Not sure why. It's worse than I've every had after a Glute shot. I think I've got to be allergic to something in it. I have a 4 in long lump, from top of my crack, diagonal, to the other side. Hurts to even touch.

Accessory all up. Tons better than Monday. Almost a different person. I almost puked Monday, today I wasn't even winded.

Last shot tonight. Ready to be done with the cycle. HCG protocols start tomorrow.

Accessory up solid. Tough conditioning workout though.

GHR 4 sets 36 reps single mini band

Accessory all up solidly. Another tight conditioning session.

Accessory stuff all up a little. Three days of var left and two more shots of HCG. Full pct starts Sunday.

Osta (started 2weeks ago)

Everything good so far. I'll update once a week or do until pct is done.
 
PCT still going decent. Lost the alpha feeling but size and strength are still about the same. Osta seems to be doing its job.
 
Still plunking along on pct. nothing much to report. Lifts have stayed pretty consistent. Pump down a little. Probably lost 3 pounds total.
