First cycle log test E and var

Thanks man. I'm feeling pretty good other than being a little beaten up. Gonna lean bulk some after these next two tournaments.


Greatwhite peptides
I've used it before with good results but been off for a while. Feels good to be back on. I'm gonna start pinning 5ml every two weeks after this tournament. I spend about $500 for a years worth of everything. It's well worth it to me. I spent close to 400 on glucosamine and chondriotin before so it's only a little more for much better results.

Saturday 5/23/14

Made 189 got bumped to 190+ anyways. Also no purple belts so I had to move down to blue. 2 wins. 1 by Americana, 1 by points. Got first.
Hoping to OHP either tomorrow of Monday. Not sure yet. Planning on hitting DL and then off until tournament next Saturday and then back on a my regular schedule.
 
Thanks. It was a good day. Had 5 guys and DQ to celebrate. Haha. Then an Italian sub late at night. Food and I have a love/hate relationship.

Pretty decent considering I rolled yesterday. Shoulder is giving me fits though.

Day 76

DE squats 12x155+lights and minis
DL tweaked back on last warmup. Not concentrating and being stupid. Doing some treadmill work rest of the week and rolling. Hopefully be good to go for tournament on Saturday.

Getting back to normal lifting schedule next week, which will be nice. Things feel out of place right now.

Had to drop chins. Too much shoulder stress. I also limited OHP in my accessory workout. Trying to be careful.

Going back on eating plan today. Was planning on starting Monday, but I overdid it last night and this morning and I felt like shit by the end of the workout. I almost puked. I never seem to learn my lesson, post weight cut. Hahaha. Anyways back on track starting now. I am gonna up calories a bit, just clean ones. Little protein and carbs. Maybe 300-400 a day.

are you cutting weight for a comp every week? That must be hard on the body
