food food food. thats all you need right now. cycle advice for you would be bad advice. no one wants to hear it but the truth is. a poor diet which you must have will lead to minimal gains and instant loss. in other words you will gain 10 lbs by the end of the cycle and lose all 10 lbs after your off for a few weaks. diet is not a simple skill. it requires time to learn and understand what and how much your body neads. until you have that down you will be trapped in the starting at the same point every cycle that i see a lot of people doing. its a waste of money, health, and time. you need to look like you have been on steroids for a while before you actually are. then you will understand how to grow and progress with them.
