typical know it all. man no pun intended here. you dont know shit about diet and it is 100% of your problem. if you want to be successful then let us help you. your not eating half enough food based on your own statements. 2000cals and a fast metabolism = skinny little dude regardless of how much juice you do and no matter how you train. if you want to grow i myself and im sure several others here can help you. just go to the diet section and ask for the help. until you accept this, you will not grow

food food food. thats all you need right now. cycle advice for you would be bad advice. no one wants to hear it but the truth is. a poor diet which you must have will lead to minimal gains and instant loss. in other words you will gain 10 lbs by the end of the cycle and lose all 10 lbs after your off for a few weaks. diet is not a simple skill. it requires time to learn and understand what and how much your body neads. until you have that down you will be trapped in the starting at the same point every cycle that i see a lot of people doing. its a waste of money, health, and time. you need to look like you have been on steroids for a while before you actually are. then you will understand how to grow and progress with them.




Solid advice here, the most anabolic compound you can put in your body is food.


Watch some interviews of bodybuilders they are always eating.

joe d is right on. You (OP) are a loooooonnnng way off from needing steroids. If you listen to the advice of joe d, you will gain more (assuming your workouts are halfway decent) doing it his way without steroids than your way with steroids. 6'3" @ 175? Have you started working out yet? 2000 calories??? How the fuck do you even survive on that?

There was a guy on the weight training board that was a super tall skinny dude that started doing the 3x5 then the 5x5 and kept a journal there. He followed a simple program focusing on progressing in major compound lifts, ramped up his diet to where he was eating about 7000 cals a day. He was making great gains in both strength and size. Kid started around 185 or so, and went up to 240 in a little over a year I think. If he would have kept doing what he was doing before (not eating enough and using a shitty workout program) and had started taking steroids, I can guarantee you that he would still be around 200 lbs at best and have multiple cycles under his belt......and wondering why he isn't gaining.

Just chill out, get your head on straight and get the basics down before you use juice with the big boys.
