First cycle check

I’m 25 and looking to start my first cycle. I’ve been weight training for 5 years. I’m currently 185cm, weighing at 85kg with roughly 13% bodyfat.

I'm going to continue on a strength program as I feel I've hit a plateau with my lifts. I'm going to bulk on 3900 with a macro breakdown of 30% protein/45% carbs/25% fat through food with supplementation of creatine/L-glutamine/Fish oils/Multi-vitamin and protein powder if necessary.

This is the cycle I plan to run.
Week 1-12 Test E
Week 13-15 Have off
Week 16-17 nolva 40mg per day
Week 18-19 nolva 20mg per day

Any feedback would be great. Thanks
 
Looks good mate. U can add dbol in weeks 1-4 at 30mg a day to kick start your cycle as test e is a longer ester and takes around a month to build up properly. I'd also recommend using an AI from start to finish. Something like arimidex at 0.25 eod will keep the bloat and other sides to a minimum.
