my last cycle of tren and prop withc ended up being prop for last four weeks i saw dramatic change. i was eating so fuking much and it has felt like my metabolism was going nuts, i guess metabolic shift from so much protein (300-400 g). I was eating maybe 5000-6000 cal a day and wasnt allt hat healthy. I ate out about a quarter od the time but never fast food or super shitty meals. I maintained weight and got a fuckload stronger by consuming this many calories combined with 30 minutes spinning everyday after lifting.
