Been working out on and off for ten years, but the last two years have been consistant. I started off at 185lbs and looked kind-off skinny. I had a roommate that was big into bodybuilding that got me back into it. I flexuate between 5'09" & 225-228lbs right now, but I'll probably drop to a solid 220 after this cycle. I am not concetrating on a low-fat diet right now....just trying to bulk only.
