tate presses intiated the thickening around the elbow, and the weighted dips are adding more to it. I haven't done tates in a while, but would like to see if I have gained any power from doing weighted dips.
I did some dumbbell french presses on my last tricep day, let me tell you, I did them at the end of the workout and I was feeling like someone was kicking me in the back of my arms!
I'm UP for alot more tricep exercises... that is probably the weakest part on my body... it's been getting stronger with my benching technique, however.
