1st went the left..then after surgery and a few months back in the gym, I was favoring the left and taking most of the load with the right shoulder, so I’m guessing that did it.
I haven't trained flat bench for the past few months because of the increasing stress I feel it putting on my shoulder. I can do inclines all day long and feel A-OK. I needed to start improving my upper chest anyway...
