leg routine..nothing fancy...
i hit leg extensions 1st to pre exhaust my legs then leg curls...then usually leg presses then front squats...full rang of motion and slow rep tempo, especially on the leg press...and i also put me feet real close together on leg press and bring the weight down within 3-4 seconds and up 2-3 seconds.
then at the end i go back and super set leg extensions and leg curls.
Thanks..im looking to gain a nice 25+lbs and then trim down some…need to add some lean muscle that I still haven’t gotten back pre-injury
my last bulk up phase was mainly without any training and no cardio and no attention to diet...too annoyed/depressed after surgery..so took me a while to get my head straight and train/eat right again. so this winter its a whole new ballgame!
