Nonerz New member Apr 14, 2003 #11 My understanding is that complex carbs are good at helping you to reduce the symptoms of PMS...lowered serotonin levels, bloating, et al.? Or are you talking pasta, rice, potatoes kinda carbs? Aren't they very different?
