You guys are both wrong...it's 56 and 1/4 times. And I have also been told by Amaf, that if you slap your ass while you swallow it get absorbed much quicker!
I like to add a frozen banana or sometimes I take about 2oz of boiling water and add 2 or 3 teaspoons of instany coffe to make a coffee syrup and some sucralose for a coffee shake . I also put my cranberry extraxct and milk thistle in each of my shakes .
Three scoops strawberry designer pro, bananas and some strawberries.
I tried the infamous tuna shake, two cans of tuna and a can of diet coke, for those of you who have never tried it.....DONT it taste like shit.
I don't know how much 2 american scoops is, but here's what I dump:
5-7 tablespoons of WPI (96% pure - no flavour)
2 tablespoons of Vanilla Musachi Bulk
2 tablespoons of Milo (Got to be made of it!)
400ml Low fat/protein rich milk
Hit it with one of those hand mixers - it may be thick, but it is sure tasty!
