Themachine01 New member Nov 8, 2003 #5 depends on what my goals are. When bulking its ground beef and potatos, with a little ketchup of course. When dieting, its Perdue boneless skinless chicken breasts with brown rice and some 0cal butter spray or soy sauce mixed in.
