I'd say 50, 30, 20 would be the closest to mine. I've said before that I only count protein closely, since I'm not aiming for 3% BF. Carbs are you body's main fuel source, and protein builds and sustains muscle. Healthy fats are definatly necessary, but fats are the least needed and have over double the cals per g.

Right now, I'm super active overall, could likely easily use the energy and the diet is very clean, so I'm going to take that for a test drive.
