Fats, which do I consume?

I need good fats in my diet. Which fats other than nuts or fish oil can I take?

EVOO and Udo's 3,6,9 is a good source of fats, and if you get tired of eating nuts go for ANPB :RADAR

What is UDO? And what does it consist of?

Not tired of eating nuts; I actually like them. Is that eating nuts gives me gas and slight bloat. I don't think I would be able to eat peanut butter.

grapeseed, soy, sunflower, walnut, sesame, and peanut oils are a few great oils to put on salads, rice, pastas, etc.

also, avocados are great for good fats.
 
If I were to use EVOO and NOTHING else, and I took it 3 times a day, is this bad? Am I missing out on something?

I was taking Fish Oil. I felt pretty good on the stuff, but noticed less interest in sex while on it.

Hey take some ANPB, egg whites, and oatmeal and mix you up some oatmeal peanut butter cookies! You can also put some sugar free or fat free cool whip on top of them. These were slamming on my diet this year.
 
Not too sure that I want to take this Udo's oil. The stuff is loaded with flax and other "soy" based and "phytoestrogen" oils. I do NOT want estrogen of any kind in my body. My estrogen is already too high as is, and I need to lower my E levels.
 
I personally have anywhere from 1-6 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil a day. Love the stuff. I throw it in the freezer and cut it into blocks.

Doesn't coconut oil increase insulin? Read on some sites people complaining how they gained weight from coconut oil, especially around the midsection. That is a sign of high insulin, which from what I've read, coconut oil increases.

I just did a quick Google search and it looks like that applies to pure mcg oil more than coconut oil.
I've actually seen a lot of people use coconut oil with success while dieting. Its supposed to speed up your metabolism and has a ton of other health benefits on top of that, so I think getting fat on coconut oil is the exception not the rule. Also, I think its kind of difficult to pin fat gain or loss on one specific food.
