Fatigue

I've been sooo busy lately, finishing up the quarter and working, and my workouts have been really mediocre. I'm usually ok at running on empty, but I have no motivation of late. I just feel so tired all the time, not too sure what to do about it. What do you do to get motivated at times like these? It's starting to make me feel quite out of shape and depressed...:(

that sounds good...something with cheese and pasta involved...and something with chocolate involved...

wish I didn't have people pulling me in a million different directions...if I had my choice of things to do RIGHT NOW i would sleep for twelve hours...:bawling:

sorry I'm throwing myself such a pity party.
 
when i get to feeling like this, i get out my trusty cd case and find my highest energy techno music, blast it on my headphones as loud as possible and hit everything hard. i will change up what i usually do, like try to max out my highest weights or do the most difficult level on some of the cardio equipment.

i also pull out my sexiest shortest work out shorts and hit the gym...my husband cant take his eyes off of me and i feel like my work is paying off and i work harder when i feel good about myself.

Thanks tex, I've always felt that music is the best medicine! But, I must say, I'll go find my sexy shorts...they're way back in my closet, behind the sweaters. Good Call! :D
