I was curious if this was okay to eat after my HIT Cardio in the morning....

2 cups skim milk
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Would that be alright? I know its a little bit of carbs but theyre not complex so I should easily burn them off throughout the day and during my workout.

Well, just a few questions... why milk and PB? There isn't much protein in that meal, relatively. Not many calories, but not very balanced, imo. I think I'd rather have eggs and something rather than 2 TB of PB, but that's just me. :)
