Anyone done this with any success?
In theory it should work rather well since it doesnt take any insulin and only about 1G of water to shuttle fat into the muscle(replacing depleted essential fats from dieting and thus creating a fuller look)
I am juggling the idea of depleting sun,mon and tuesday(keeping the water at about 3.5 gallons ED) Fat loading wednesday(water at 2 gallons which shouldnt pull any excess water into my skin and actually still help with the drying out)
then dry carb load on thursday(1 gallon Water) and carb load as much as necessary friday while drinking only about 6 oz with each meal
Sodium is high until water starts to drop then ill pull the sodium back to low/normal ranges
pros/cons to this??
