Fat Dudes Looking to use Clen.....

I wanted to post this cause there has been alot of talk lately about using Clen at high BF%'s...... There was a study floating around the board about how Clen is more effective when one is pretty lean when starting it..... Well, I gotta say I can testify to this 1st hand..... Around Sept I started back in the gym after being out for a few years due to a severe illness.... I'm Endomorphic, so needless to say I had alot of BF to lose..... My 1st reaction was to get on some Clen, but I was dissapointed when it didn't seem to do much for me, except make me shake..... I went on ECA for a few months, got the diet in check, hit the cardio everyday, and the pounds came off over the last few months..... Finally, I got my BF down to about 15%, and figured it was time to give Clen another shot...... Well, I gotta say I'm amazed at how great it is working now..... Within 2 days, I noticed a difference in the way I look..... I haven't lost any scale weight, but I am noticebly leaner, and it's getting better and better every day..... This has really proven to me that Clen is most effective when you're pretty lean at the start of the cycle.....

Shit I don't know, but it had to be close to 30%...... I'm 5'11'' and was 253lbs, waist measured about 48inches..... Yeah, I defintely a Fatty if I don't watch..... Since we're breaking balls, has your Mom found your juice lately? Or you got a good hiding spot now...? LoL.... :)

Well, I've been dieting down since Sept...... Still going strong, I lost over 50lbs of fat, prob more actually..... My scale weight is 220lbs now..... Trying to get ripped for the summer.... My goal is to be no lower then 210lbs @ 8%BF or lower...... We'll see how it goes..... Tren is a beautiful thing....

im going to run it for the first time soon.
what dose did you find most effective? did you go up and down?
 
Not to jack your thread or anything, but I'm in the same boat you are and around 15%, but at 210. I was considering Clen too, what's your dose like and is it pill or Liquid? Did you pair it up with anything i.e. T3, or just solo?
 
As a fat burner I dont rate clen at all. Very very mild at best. ECa along side some good cardio sessions with a solid diet will yield much greater results/
 
Good post, most people act like it's magic in a bottle! That's info that isn't seen enough- 25% BF isn't going to melt away unless the diet is set up, and the cardio is consistent and strong. I've wasted my time in the past, and have wised up to just what you're saying... :coffee:

IMO No. I'd only use it for that slight increase in BMR after some time hard dieting and when your BF is in single digits.
 
The only way to loose BF is CV and diet. Yes meds will assist but they are not miracle workers. If you are 20% BF then you need to get diet and CV going. Too many people think clen and e/c/a etc is the answer to eating crap 24/7

Well, I'm a firm believer in less is more esp with Beta 2 drugs..... If you take too much, you feel like a speed freak, and it's hard to get shit done..... I basically started with 60mcg the 1st day, and slowly increased it..... I NEVER go above 200mcg, and I'm most happy with 120mcg to be honest..... Have to remember that there are numerous studies that show Clen causes heart damage at high doseages.... So, try to keep it as low as possible..... Make sure you do the 2 weeks on, and 2 weeks off cycle..... Any longer then 2 weeks, even with Benadryl, I've found is pretty ineffective.... For the record, I use Stimulant X on my off weeks of Clen...... Trex is a good choice too...... Don't use ECA on your off weeks.... ECA is a Beta 2 drug too, and won't allow the receptors to clear like you need....

Dude, I'm a die hard ECA fan.... However, I have to say that Clen is really effective if you use it right..... ECA is great is you need a long term fat burner, and Clen is great if youre pretty lean, and wanna take it to the next lvl..... That's what I have found anyway....
