I wanted to post this cause there has been alot of talk lately about using Clen at high BF%'s...... There was a study floating around the board about how Clen is more effective when one is pretty lean when starting it..... Well, I gotta say I can testify to this 1st hand..... Around Sept I started back in the gym after being out for a few years due to a severe illness.... I'm Endomorphic, so needless to say I had alot of BF to lose..... My 1st reaction was to get on some Clen, but I was dissapointed when it didn't seem to do much for me, except make me shake..... I went on ECA for a few months, got the diet in check, hit the cardio everyday, and the pounds came off over the last few months..... Finally, I got my BF down to about 15%, and figured it was time to give Clen another shot...... Well, I gotta say I'm amazed at how great it is working now..... Within 2 days, I noticed a difference in the way I look..... I haven't lost any scale weight, but I am noticebly leaner, and it's getting better and better every day..... This has really proven to me that Clen is most effective when you're pretty lean at the start of the cycle.....
