fat burning ?? for all you ladies

Hi ladies just have a quick question for all of you. My GF is sorta pissed off with her body, why?? I dunno, I think she looks good but says she wants to lose about 15lbs. Now the question is is that she has heard of hydroxycut and what not and wants that. I have done cutting cycles but she isnt interested in what I do for cutting. I was thinking of an NYC stack for her. She is about 5,9 and 140lbs. Is NYC stack a good idea for her. If so, what doses does she has to use.

her diet is good. She doesnt like all those fattening foods. Eats lots of veggies and protein and minimul fats. Just wants to know if an NYC stack would be good for her.
 
But if she's not in kcaloric deficit, nothing will work. You can take all the fat burners you want, and if you're eating more kcals than you're burning, you won't lose fat.

I prefer ephedrine based stacks over norephedrine based. I'm using 25 mg ephedrine hcl stacked with 200 mg caffeine, but I'm in the middle of a pre-contest prep.
 
diet and exercise/cardio are key as above

Her diet is good and she runs 4x a week for 25-35 minutes. Would you ladies recommend an NYC stack or hydroxycut? She is about to bye hydroxycut and trying to tell her to wait until I get some responses from you ladies. So what should she take?? Whats better?? I know NYC woked for me, ECA didnt work as well for me but thats me. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
 
I prefer NYC, no jitters. As for ECA, I like Ripped Fuel - cheaper than Hydroxycut.

Is she doing any weight training? That'll make bodyfat control much easier. Her body has probably adapted to the running 4x/week. Does she vary her intensity or do different types of cardio? If she's not weight training at all (or heavy enough), she could be losing muscle as well and slowing down her metabolism.

You said "she's pissed off with her body" and wants to lose 15 pounds. 140 lbs @ 5'9" isn't heavy by a long shot, so perhaps it's not so much a weight problem, but rather a bodyfat problem. I used to always think I needed to lose 10 pounds to be happy, then I started training heavy. It really leaned me out, I traded bodyfat for muscle, gaining 10 pounds BUT dropping 2 pant sizes. Remind her that muscle is denser than fat.
 
Oh I have reminder her. You can pinch alittle bit but shit, who cant? Well there are exceptions to every rule but besides that. She is weight training, she works out with me. 5 days a week. As for her cardio, she changes the incline levels each week. Also I got her to do a walking cardio with me yesterday. 25mins. first 5 mins at 3.4mph at 0 incline, next 5 mins, 5% incline, next 5 mins at 10% incline, than the next 5 mins at 12.5% incline, than down to 5%, than to 0 and cool down. She likes it. So you gals dont think she needs anything? She is really pumped to try something so I said NYC stack may be better than hydroxycut but wanted to see what you gals had to say before I told her which way to go.
 
Hydroxycut is too expensive.

You can always cycle NYC with an ephedra based product, so she can try both. Ripped Fuel, Dymetadrine, or pure EC are good choices that won't break your wallet. :-)
