Hey
Sorry im new to this and im probably on the completely wrong website to seek advice, to give you some idea of what i look like
im 20, 5ft3 1/2 - i weight 164 pounds and i believe that works out too 74kg...
I have so far lost 3 Stone last year and im not going to lie im struggling to loose the rest
I want to start fat burners, my diet is good, i exercise regular... and really im looking for advice..
i've asked for advice on other websites and they suggest clens? to burn fat...
i've researched and what i have found is a 2 week on & off cycle
but i really just wanted some more opinions on suggested fat burners?
Suggest workouts or even just a bit of advice really?
