Would it be a good idea to start fasting if you are suffering from some kind of allergic reaction in the body ??

if you think it is a food related allergy then yes that is a good idea but also fasting will boost your immune system by killing off old WBC's and replacing them with fresh troops so there is merit in any type of allergy
