GOAL TO GET LEAN-current stats 24 yrs old 109 lbs 5'0 BMI 22.1% body fat was 29.8 with these digital calipers is it that possible??
MEASUREMENTS
Shoulders 37 1/2
Chest 35
Bicep 11
Waist 27
Hips 39 3/4
Thigh 21

DIET REGIMEN
1200 cals/day 40p/30f/30c
m1 8am-3 egg whites 1/2 c old fash oats w/cinn.
m2 1030am-fage authentic greek yogurt plain 0% w/1 plain rice cake OR friendship nosalt/no fat cottage cheese w/2 starwberries and 1 plain rice cake
m3 1pm-1 can of tuna in spring no sodium w/broccoli florets (steamed )apple cider vinegar and some honey mustard<--yumm
m4 4pm(usually PWO)-optimum nut. whey stawberry protein shake w/sum vanilla soy milk 1 TBSP flax seed oil and 1 TBSP NPB 7 almonds
m5 630-7pm-3 oz of either tilapia,salmon, or halibut ,veggies, 1/2 c of long grain brown rice
m6-protein shake same as m4

**hope this isnt above my caloric intake but i kno its clean foods so im sure ill be ok**
 
WORKOUT-4 days a week
today was shoulders, abs, 35 min EFX
3 sets of 10
shoulder presses w/dumbells
front shoulder raises w/dumbells alternating
side lateral raises w/dumbells
rear deltoid machine
upright rows w/shortbar on cable machine
shrugs

ABS
jack knives
lying leg lifts
ab crunch machine
leg lifts

lol thnx i rather post where other viewers can see and help and maybe if i can also help other starters(like myself)
 
The digital calipers -- not sure how these correlate w/ say the manual calipers -- I'd say look more at the relative changes week to week instead of tryign to determine if the absolute measure is accurate or not.
