Thank you very much, I would appreciate that a lot...Im just not sure how youre attaching the nylon straps and pipe onto it..

The nylon straps are 8 feet long, and are adjustable. I adjusted them to the desired length, and then ran one end through the 6 inch pipe. The 2 "loops" then went over the ends of the easy curl bar. That way I can adjust how low the famers hang. And how far I have to pick them up.

I'll take several pics and shoot them to you.

so the weights are holding the nylon straps on each side in? or do are they secure on there somehow...and where did you get the straps from? anywhere normal I could find some?

You can either have the straps held by the weights, or they will pretty much stay in place on one of the "humps" on the easy curl bar. I have mine on the 2 humps.


I got my straps at Home Depot. About $3 for 2 of them.

That's pretty much the idea right there. I am just using easy curl bars. Otherwise, the DB's hit my legs when I walk. But you can see how they loop it through the pipe. Same idea I used.
