The biggest racing sport in the world is cumming to the USA a last. How many off you know of f1 ,have seen it or follow it. Do you think it will take off over there. Much better than driving around in a circle !!

I am not fab of car racing whatsoever, but you're in the fact that atleast they don't drive around in a circle.

Well Formula 1 has been COMING to the US for decades now. Some seasons they had multiple races in the USA. They've raced at Long Beach, Detroit, Watkins Glen NY, Phoenix, Dallas, Indianapolis, Sebring, Las Vegas, and Riverside, CA.

The next US F1 race will be at the new Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX next year. Then, the year after that, apparently, they'll race in both TX and in NJ, right near Manhattan.

Who gives a FUCK

They did a segment on this last weekend, the Austin circuit isn't even built yet. It looked as if this was as far as they have got with it

as for the NJ race, will they get permission? doubtful. Perhaps I'm wrong but I don't think it will take off in the US, americans are conditioned for that driving around in a circle approach.

First job for F1 is to reign Red Bull back into the pack, allowing Vettel to get away like that is ruining the sport.

Austin is still under construction, but they don't have to be done until November 2012. Permissions for the NJ street course must be well along, if not already a done deal, or they wouldn't have announced it.
