Kinda redundant to post lol but EZ gets my vote.
As previously stated, it hits different spots in the arms. So sometimes I do a quick superset with an EZ bar:
- reps with about 80% of my max, do reps with the hands on the outside curl part
- quickly remove some of the weight, do reps with my hands on the inner curl part
- again quickly remove some weight, and finish with a set of reverse curls to failure
Do that a few times and you'll be happy.
