Eye Twitch!! Out of Control...

I have twitches/spasms on and off, all the time, all over. Started last Dec. Thought I was getting ALS as my uncle died of it years ago. Thus far, diagnosis is benign fasiculation syndrome.

Have tried EVERYTHING.

Stress, lack of sleep and coffee bring them on big time and that's pretty much my life so I just deal with them.

I agree with all of these answers. Lack of sleep, a larger amount of stress than normal or dehydration can cause twitching or muscle cramping.
