extra workouts...who does them?

who does extra workouts? what do they consist of?

can i do them for a weak link? how many sets? what type of reps and weight are we talking?
 
I do them for my rotator cuff, and occasionally core work. I started doing these sets for time, by suggestion of Bob Youngs. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Little too early for me to tell if the extra shoulder work is paying off.
 
I try to get in 2 a week.. It always consists of some heavy ab work, and either lats, rotators, or lower back work...
 
usually a i do 100 rep sets of tris 2x a week, some extra gms with a band ( sets of 20),extra abs ( bw only ) ,occasionally pull throughs if my back and hams are real tight.
 
I usually do 2-3 sets for bench and shoulder warmups. I have a bad shoulder so i keep doing light sets until it feels okay.
 
I've been doing hang snatches lately between workouts and my shoulders feel great for a change. I'll also do light squats and benches too with about 30% of 1RM. I use super strict form with those two movements.
