im trying to make my calve raises as explosive as possible. this is what im doing:
1: go on a stair step like a normal calve raise with out weights.
2. on one foot with out holding anything (helps with balance and strengthens the ankles)
3. go down on the eccentrice as far as possible.
4. then explode up fast enough (only using my calves no bend in the kness at all or swinging of the arms) so that i am actually jumping off the step.
what do you guys think of these?
