Seeing that it's G8, and hordes of groups have a hateful attitude towards this summit (environmental, IRA, activist, militia, al qaeda, palestinian, radical fanatics, etc.) -- it's hard to say pinpoint exactly off the bat who may be behind it.
Usually these summits have riots, marches, protests along with it -- so it could merely be some rogue activists like that olympic park bomber dude.
