we both had a good day. we found out trinity is a whole lot stronger on bench than i thought.
Trinity7 - DE Bench
Speed Bench - 10 x3 reps with 30lbs. 50lbs x 1. then 60lbs x1. (both were very easy)
Decline Elbow out ext - 4 x 8 reps with 10 lb dumbells.
side delt raises - 3 x 10 with 5lb db's.
rear delt raises - 3 x 10 with 5lb db's.
i felt good today, were at a new gym with an amazing powerrack.
Exodus - DE Leg day
box squats - 10 x 2 reps. 215lbs. 345 x 1. 355 x 1. (both felt pretty good, but i do belive i rocked a little much on the way up on the 355 that would have made the knees go over the toes. )
reverse hyper (true reverse hypers - no machine though) bdw x3 x 8 reps.
overhead squat - 75lbs x 4 x 10 reps.
db rows - 80lb x 4 x 6 reps.
bb shrugs - 225 x 3 sets of 15.
