My Ex is pissing me off. Will not leave me alone. Max he has gone is a week of no contact.

Mutal decision to split but he just will not leave me alone.

Do I just ignore him till he leaves me along, tell him to politiely do one, or just be a bitch? Im pretty mad right now and want to go with the latter.

Take charge, be upfront, decisive and firm about this. its your life, don't let him aggravate or manipulate the way you run it as he has no business there any more.

You did the right thing. Completely cutting off contact is the best way to go. He kept pestering you because he wanted contact, even abusive/unpleasant contact would reinforce his behaviour. It's like when a child is naughty to get attention.

Believe it or not for people in that (your ex's) situation it can become an obsession. Once that stimulus (attention) is removed it's like they have to go cold turkey.
