I love to run during the winter time, but some people say it's dangerous, according to some Exercising in cold, rainy weather increases the risk of hypothermia so that means you can die from it? thank you.
I assume you already run in cold weather (how else would you know you love it?) and you're not dead (kind of hard to post) so as you're not dead 'some people' must be wrong.
Listen up - if you go running in sub zero temps and fall over and knock yourself out then you could freeze for sure. Otherwise just run
running in too cold weather or too hot weather is not good. you are at risk for what you are saying but also in hot weather you can easily get heat exhaustion
if its that cold where you live i wouldn't even bother, that is what indoor gyms are for and indoor tracks.
during hot weather where i live during the summer the best time to run is in the evening, or early morning. running in the middle of the day would be stupid and counter productive
