I would like to learn some that I can do here at home.
Right now i do bent over single arm rows for my back + my shoulder exercises probably touch on it a bit.
I would love some ideas. I have a bar and dumbells to work with.
Thanks.
use your bar to do bent over barbell rows (overhand or underhand grip will work) as well as upright rows. The bent over barbell row will work your lats and the upright row will work your traps. You didn't say what type of bar you have but if it is one that accomodates plates, then you can add weight to it as you progress. Good luck!
I'd also say shoulder / delt work -- which you probably already do - side laterals, raises, rear delt work (you can do like bent over reverse DB flies for ex)
