Everything has come to a Hault!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok,, i have no idea what i did in the past that is any different from what i am doing now,

but everything has come to a hault! Im not gaining any size and im sure as hell not getting any leaner!!!!!! :mad: i have been training very hard as usuall,,,,,,upped my cardio on the weekends to an 1 hour and weekdays to about 45 min to see if i can get leaner. I want to be able to see my abs again,,,,,,what is going on? my muscles are not as hard as they were about a month ago,, i never did any cycles, havent changed my diet,,,the only thing i took before was soemthing from EAS, growth factor or something, i forget the name,,,,,im wondering if that had anything to do with it,,,,,,,,i dont know,,,,,,,im very upset and depressed :(
 
It could be alot of things: sleep, stress etc. Change it up. Do your cardio in the morning before you eat if you are not already. You may need a break. Your body is probably getting used to your rutine. If you have been on a strick diet for too long, pig out once in a while. Just my 2 cents. Hope this helps......BBSweet
 
i may suggest a big change up in your routine. drop the cardio and just hit the weights..shock your body girl, change up the exercises too....and are you resting enough, you may be overtraining too long. :)
 
Yep what triple v said exactly....actually I would take a few days off and then hit it hard...change your workout splits...i do every 4-6 weeks...im back to my 3 day split...in december ill go back to my other one...change your exercises....sets...drop sets...pyramids whatever...your bod adapts so you gotta change periodically:)
 
yeah like when you have sex too much with your man....time to change it up LOL.....either a new man or a woman !! :D
 
Cut out the cardio. You're probably both glycogen depleted and overtrained. Take a week off, then start off easy, DON'T hit it hard for a couple of weeks. Change your routine around. You will start making gains again. Cardio, cardio, and more cardio, best way to get small and soft. Get lean with diet, weights and SOME cardio.
