Quads - Squats (3-4 sets)
- Leg Extension (1 set, failure)
Hams - Stiff Legged Deads (3-4 sets)
- Leg Curl (1 set, failure)
This varies of course. Sometimes Ill use regular deadlifts instead of stiff legged. When I do this, I dont do squats on quad day, just leg press.
