Ever try to consume 400-450g of protein from food?

Fuck BA ... I really get sick at the thought of a tuna and pop shake! Good luck to ya bro! Remember you loose protein if you puke! hahaha. I watched my brother vinish his thanksgiving dinner in the blender (turkey, potatoes, beans, and stuffing, with a little bit of applejuice to liquify it). He said it was actually good. It looked like vommit in a glass to me. He is a big mofo though, bigger than me, and gets his cals anyway he can.

I have eaten those numbers before ... but i do find that I get plugged up, and I do find that my stomach (the actual cavity) stretches. Not gets fat ... but actually stretches. I take in about 3 shakes today. Andy ... try to get your carbs from juice (like crystal light), veggies and rice. It wont fatten you up like other carby carbs will.

My meals today looked like this: (they are pretty similar every day now, just usually swap out meat sources between fish, pork, chicken and steak.

Meal1: Breakfast Burrito (eggwhites, blackbeans, tortilla)

Meal2: Whey Isolate shake (with crystal light), yogurt

Meal3: BBQ Pork Steak, brown rice, milk.

Meal4: Casien shake (with crystal light), shrimp ring (cheers bro).

Meal5:Half onion bagel with half avacado on it (pre-workout meal).

Workout

Meal6: Whey shake, other half of bagel with other half of avacado.

Meal 7: BBQ Salmon, steamed veggies (broccoli and carrots today), water.

If I wake up in the night to piss I usually mix up another shake. I also supplement with Multi-vits, vit. c, vit b-complex, and ex-v-olive oil.

I do not take anything for digestion right now, ie metamucil or ginger etc. I do supersaturate with water all day. Probably drink about 3-4 litres/day. I believe that this really helps, it just sucks because I have to piss every 30 mins.

I really do believe that your appetite is directly related to how active you are in the run of a day. If I have a very active day ... than those meals are a piece of cake to get down, if I have a lazy slack day ... then I am struggling to get them down. After extreme intense workouts ... i cant eat enough to beat the hunger. That is a good sign for me. Just watch the belly stretching bro. If you are really forcing things down the trap, you may end up looking like you are pregnant.

I was gonna say, tuna+diet coke shake sounds absofuckinglutely horrible! Sucking a few of those down a day would be some serious dedication! U saying bad idea cuz u tried it right?

Yup. I know guys that have been doing it for years, I tried it a few years ago with regular Tuna. I was AWFUL back then.

I eat Albacore Tuna now, so I thought it may be alright. It was much better than the last time, but it still disgusting. :sick:
 
What so hard? Just eat it. My recent bulking phase, on average I ate 5 ibs of ground turkey or lean beef daily (about 400 grams of protien) and a jar of natural peanut butter (112 more grams), along with my protien shake (30 grams) post workout. That was close to 550 grams a day, if I decided not to throw in some cheese or another ibs of meat. The raw veggies I had to throw in with almost every meal is what killed me though. All of that extra roughage... unggg...

Actually I've had friends tell me I don't count though because I'm a gorilla, and have a larger stomach than humans. I resent that remark though.
 
I can't and I wouldn't. This is just too much food for me and it would end up being a waste. I once tried to eat 350g ED for a short period and it didnt do any shit in terms of weight. Then I went back to my usual diet which is 150g-200g ED and guess what ? Didn't lose any lbs.
 
Actually, I don't have any problems. I drink 6-7liters of water a day, consume 60-75g of fiber (including metamucil) and everything is fine.

M1: 3 Eggs ~ 40g

M2: 1lb of Chicken Breast ~ 90g

M3: 2 cans of white Tuna ~ 60

M4: 1 Shrimp Ring ~ 50g

M5: 1lbs of Eye of Round Steak ~ 100g

M6: 1 container of Cottage Cheese ~ 60g

I don't eat that many carbs only 150g right now

This is getting disgusting :(



that why some are starting to eat a container of G-plenish a week:rolleyes: :)

may taste funny but not only does it get the protein "job" done its also good for you.....

and makes you more pumped and heal quicker, and train harder and.........:)

oh and its cheap as well
