Yeah, I suppose you're right!!! Though, that look they give, is almost threatening, ya know - almost serial killer serious with a twist, so it can weird you out alot - especially when they do come up to you and they say - "I've been watching you" - that gives me the creeps, BIG TIME

I used to feel wierd when I would get them, but I actually kind of like them now. It actually makes me feel like I am changing my body. Also...people could be staring out of envy...ya never know!

I think that competing has a lot to do with stares and the way they are handled. Someone who has competed in:

bodybuilding
powerlifting
strongman/strongwoman

I have competed in powerlifting and before that I would sometimes feel pissed if someone who was staring at me in a commercial gym. Now since 100+ people saw me compete I don't mind if people are staring at me (especially if they are hot babes )
